WHEREAS, on September 28, 2006, Dale J. Miller, an unmarried man and Jennifer A. Kirkland, executed a certain deed of trust to Recon Trust Company, N.A., Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., its successors and assigns which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hancock County, State of Mississippi in Book 2006 at Page 48464 and Modified in Book 2011 at Page 2576 and Modified in Book 2012 at Page 9638; and
