WHEREAS, on July 11, 2013, FREDRICK R. BRYANT, an unmarried man, executed a Deed of Trust to T. SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, on or about April 22, 2008, Miller Acquisitions & Developments Inc., executed and delivered a certain Promissory Note in the amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand and 00/100 dollars ($350,000.00) payable to First Bank and Trust of Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, on April 22, 2008, Miller Acquisitions & Developments Inc., executed a Deed of Trust to William Lee Guice, III, Trustee, to secure the aforesaid indebtedness therein mentioned to First Bank and Trust of Mississippi, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Book 2008, Page 17507, and a subsequently recorded Corrected Deed of Trust dated September 30, 2010, in favor of First Bank and Trust, Successor-In-Interest by Merger to First Bank and Trust of Mississippi, in Deed of Trust Book 2010 at page 20108 in the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hancock County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust authorized the appointment and substitution of another Trustee in the place of the Trustee named therein, and First Bank and Trust Successor-In-Interest by Merger to First Bank and Trust of Mississippi, acting by and through Anthony Butler, its Vice-President, as the holder of the note, did appoint Nicholas Van Wiser, of Biloxi, Mississippi to be Trustee under said Deed of Trust in place and instead of  William Lee Guice, III, with all powers and duties of the original trustee, said appointment of Substituted Trustee dated the October 22, 2010, which appears of record in Book 2010 at page 22549 of the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land of Hancock County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, said Miller Acquisitions & Developments Inc. has defaulted in the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust by failing to make payments therein as specified and failing to pay the interest thereon, and under the terms of said Note and Deed of Trust the entire amount of said indebtedness is declared due and payable; and
WHEREAS, said First Bank and Trust, Successor-In-Interest by Merger to First Bank and Trust of Mississippi, has demanded that the same be foreclosed in the manner provided therein so as to satisfy the indebtedness thereby secured; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust provided for the sale of said property at the main front door of the County Courthouse of Hancock County, Mississippi;

Repair of the Tech Building roof will include repairs to ridges and valleys and replacement of fasteners. Both buildings are located on Fred & Al Key Road at Stennis International Airport.

Awarding public contracts to non-resident Bidders will be on the same basis as the non-resident bidder's state awards contracts to Mississippi Contractors bidding under similar circumstances.
